DOLORES ONLINE REQUEST SYSTEM (D.O.R.S) is the official online platform for requesting barangay documents from Barangay Dolores, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
This digital initiative was developed to provide a faster, more efficient, and more convenient way for residents to access essential barangay services — anytime and anywhere.
Through DOLORES DOCS, residents can easily request the following documents online:
Barangay Clearance
Certificate of Residency
Certificate of Indigency
Certificate of Good Moral Character
Business Permit
This website was initiated by the Master in Public Administration (MPA) students of Pampanga State University (PSU) as part of their academic project and community extension study.
The goal is to enhance local governance through digital transformation — helping the barangay deliver transparent, accessible, and citizen-friendly public service.
